Cancellations & Returns
Is it possible to cancel an order?
You can cancel an order before the start of Delivery, by contacting our customer support team via WhatsApp +46764410335 or email us on email@example.com with the Subject REFUND.
If I received and product which has crossed the expiry date / defective / damaged etc., how can I get it replaced or return?
We always have best quality standard products, and we check the quality from time to time, therefore, it is unlikely that there will be a supply of expired products or defective products. However, if you are not satisfied with any product for any reason, you can return it to our representative during delivery, or you can contact our customer support team and we will follow up as soon as possible.
What is the Return Policy?
If you do not want a product you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery and the products should be in as it is condition when you received, so we can either exchange or refund amount will be credited within 7 days of us receiving the goods. Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange for pickup of product.
Is it possible to add or remove products after Order placement?
Once a order has been placed successful, you will not be able to make modification on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification, so we can try to do our possible. If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Megamekt.se packaging, it must be returned in the same condition.
